Purpose

- Offsite near you

- Content:
- Highly experiential leadership exercises to apply the learning to your organization’s challenges
- Teambuilding:
- Participants are assigned to cohorts, led by an LDI facilitator or by selected leaders within your organization
- Access to LDI coach for cohort leaders as needed between virtual group sessions and individual coaching calls.
