What the Course Does for Your Organization
- This course brings all the different disciplines of leadership together into a comprehensive, integrated, and practical Leadership Framework.
- It removes the confusion around the overwhelming array of leadership training options. Whatever their level of leadership, participants know which resources they need, and which ones they don’t need.
- By the end of the training, the participants have a clear understanding of their leadership priorities. They dispel their mistaken assumptions about leadership. They gain clarity, and that clarity brings confidence.
- Applying this Framework not only transforms their leadership, it also renews their careers.
- They also know what future leadership roles will require of them, and they avoid the pitfalls of derailment.
How It Works
- Participants go through a seven-module course composed of two parts: they view in their own time the online videos for each module, and they attend a live virtual discussion session to help them apply the key ideas of the module.
- Each of the seven modules has an average of ten videos.
- Each video’s average length is under nine minutes, easily accommodating to a busy schedule (a few are 14-15 minutes in length, a few are under five minutes in length, and most are 7-10 minutes in length).
- The average total viewing for each module is under 90 minutes.
- The live virtual discussion is 60-90 minutes.
- Most cohorts follow a monthly rhythm.
- The course provides over fifty tools and resources that help build the right leadership habits. In addition, each module contains the following:
- A downloadable Resource Guide to help them follow the videos
- Questions and space for personal reflection and application within the Resource Guide.
- The live discussions are facilitated by an LDI-trained facilitator or by an internal facilitator within the client organization, trained and licensed by LDI.
- Individual learning is reinforced by peer learning through the cohort experience.
- Participants access the course through a customized platform.
- Optional add-ins: strategy development, leadership coaching, assessment instruments, and onsite or offsite experiential learning.
