Welcome to the Total Leadership Framework Course! We are excited to be on this journey with you. Our goal is to help you make your current leadership experience an exceptionally good one, and at the same time, to give you the tools to help you succeed in all the future leadership roles you may be aspiring to. This course will give you something that has the capacity to completely transform your career – the Total Leadership Framework!

Your instructor is Antony Bell, the creator of the Total Leadership Framework™ and the Founder/CEO of Leader Development Inc.  He is the author of Great Leadership: What It Is and What It Takes in a Complex World (Hachette), and The Clock Tower, a story about the Leadership Framework™ (Gordian Publishing House).  He also wrote Rescuing Healthcare—a Leadership Prescription to Make Healthcare What We All Want it to Be (Morgan James) with Dr. Denis A. Cortese, MD, former CEO of Mayo Clinic.  Antony is also a long-time contributor to mainstream business press.

Tony grew up in France, and Great Britain, and his professional and executive experience covers the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, South Africa, and the United States.  His focus on leadership development started early in his career as a systems designer and production manager for a major UK textile manufacturer, then as sales director for a Swiss industrial equipment distributor, and subsequently as director of the French division of a Dutch export company.

Before co-founding in 1993 the firm that later became Leader Development Inc., he consulted and taught leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational change with multiple organizations for a US national training organization.  He has served as adjunct faculty at the Daniel Management Center at the University of South Carolina.

He earned his Economics and Business Bachelors’ Degree from Loughborough University of Technology in the UK and his Masters in European Community Law and Business Institutions from the Institute of Higher European Studies at the University of Strasbourg in France.
